TXU Corporation – Lufkin, Texas 1985 to 2000
Key Account Executive, responsible for the large commercial and industrial customers in the East Texas area. Developed energy infrastructure projects including steam boiler, cogeneration, and lighting retrofits for commercial and industrial clients. Performed energy audits, billing audits, and introduced new rate structures to lower utility costs.
TXU Corporation – Dallas, Texas 1980
Senior Account Manager, responsible for account development, sales and service to areas largest clients including 2 of the top 10 clients of TXU. Negotiated cogeneration contracts with major customers to insure retention of over 425 MW of electrical load and $80 million in annual sales. Worked with area lighting and HVAC dealers in the promotion and installation of more efficient systems to reduce costs for the customers.
