cost. American Enerpower is an electricity brokerage and consulting
firm. We represent and assist clients in lowering electricity
costs.
American Enerpower provides the following capabilities
and services:
- Save clients up to 25% off their current electricity bill,
- Represent buyers of electricity, not sellers of electricity,
- Certified
by the Texas Public Utility Commission (Certificate 80131),
- Represents
clients in purchasing electricity on most favorable prices and
terms,
- Obtains
quotes from up to ten (10) credit worthy electric providers.
- Provides
customized electricity savings analysis.
- Recommends
only qualified major retail electric providers,
- Assist
clients in negotiating and executing contracts with qualified
retail electric provider,
- Provides
an outsourcing capability for its clients at a significantly lower
cost and with greater industry
knowledge and expertise than a client can achieve internally –
and that lower cost includes our
fee, and
- American
Enerpower’s services are paid by a qualified retail electric
provider chosen by the client.
The client does not pay any fees.
Procedures
- Clients
follow these no risk no cost procedures to obtain lower electricity
costs.
- Client signs Letter of Authorization (LOA), which authorizes American
Enerpower to obtain
electricity usage data and price quotes.
- Obtains usage.
- Sends a request for proposal (RFP) up to 10 electric providers to obtain price quotes.
- Analyzes quotes and presents results to clients with
recommendations on the best provider, length of contract and when
to execute a contract.
- Assists client in negotiating and executing a contract client then starts new service.
- Provides audits to confirm contract terms, rates, and
savings.
- Answers any questions and assists in
any further requirements.
- Assists client to negotiate a new contract when the
current contract expires.
