Negotiated favorable settlements for unwinding long-term contracts, which resulted in a savings of $23,000,000.

Successfully contracted for long-term supplies from producer/suppliers for up to 600 MMcf/d on an annual basis.

Negotiated long-term supply contracts, in conjunction with Williams Field Services' team, which contributed more than $30,000,000 of annual income to our gathering lines, gas plants and pipelines for the Mobile Bay Area offshore system.

Analyzed supply/marketing gas balances and pricing trends to produce the lowest priced, most flexible portfolio in order to maximize profitability and meet company goals and objectives.
Negotiated and evaluated storage opportunities, long-term and spot gas supplies with major and independent producers and marketing companies which contributed to over $1,000,000 annual income.
Evaluated risk management hedges and pricing parameters using EFPs, swaps, options and basis trades with producer/suppliers, which produced earnings of several hundred thousand dollars annually.

Successfully negotiated new gas contracts on the ANR and Columbia Gas Systems, which was the first time
TXG had expanded their portfolio into other pipelines and enabled our business to grow by almost
20%.

Acquired up to 600 Bcf annually of new gas supplies for the pipeline at a cost savings on average of 15% below budget.
Negotiated several take-or-pay settlements with producers, which saved the company billions of
